Location: Nugegoda - Head Office

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient diagnostics by administering hearing evaluations, tests, and/or examinations.
• Fit and dispense hearing aids, and recommend proper assistive devices according to patient needs.
• Create the best journey for the patient through super counselling and instruction.
• Networking physicians and other healthcare professionals in the community.
• Operate in a private clinic setting supporting ENT surgeons and their clinics.
• Willing to travel on site locally within Sri Lanka and abroad.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s or Masters in audiology is essential.
• Good people skills and committed to customer service excellence.
• Sales oriented while offering highest level of patient care and support to partners.
• Strong communicator in at least two local languages to liaise with bilingual speaking clients. (Ability to communicate in all three languages is beneficial) 
• Responsible Team player.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Continuous training provided
